FME have been appointed as the lead Mechanical and Electrical designers for the prestigious Mill Court site in Guernsey. "Our team will be designing new LED lighting throughout, Heat Recovery systems across various levels and coordinating all the Mechanical and Electrical tender packages".

One of Guernsey's prestigious commercial office buildings, will undergo a major refurbishment, commencing in May 2018. FME have been appointed as the local Project Managers and Building Services designers for the entire project. 

The existing mixed commercial and retail offices located in Pollet St, will be provided with a new full refurbishment in 2020, to create a bespoke new offering to the Guernsey commercial office market. 

FME have been appointed as the M&E Design Consultants for the refurbishment of the 3rd and 4th floors of RBP in Guernsey.

FME sign new 3 year deal with local rugby team St Jacques Vikings. On the signing of the new deal, Darren Etasse, Founder & Managing Director of FME Integrated said: “Being involved with the sponsorship of St Jacques Vikings for the last few years, we are delighted to provide our ongoing support to local sport in Guernsey. 

St Julians Court situated in the commercial office centre of St Peter Port, has recently been provided with the latest heat recovery air conditoning systems in areas of the building to replace the ageing equipement. Working directly with the landlord and management agent Watts Property Consultants, the new air conditioning systems will provide the building, with an efficient modern system to emulate the latest commercial construction projects. The entire building will benefit from a redcued carbon footprint and long term reduced operational costs, for the life of the building.
