FACILITIES MANAGER

Due to continued expansion within the Channel Island, FME Integrated, require an experienced facilities manager with experience in the mechanical and electrical sectors of FM. The candidate should be suitably qualified in a relevant building services sector.

 

The role can be full or part time and will require: -


• Managing clients FM service requirements
• Excellent communication skills and client relations
• Auditing of Mechanical & Electrical maintenance
• Preparation of technical and cleaning tenders
• Coordinating 3rd party contractors
• Preparation of PPM budgets
