Park Place full refurbishment

One of Guernsey's prestigious commercial office buildings, will undergo a major refurbishment, commencing in May 2018. FME have been appointed as the local Project Managers and Building Services designers for the entire project. Working alongside UK architects Cousins & Cousins and Rock Commercial, the building will be transformed with a variety of the latest architectural applications as well as new mechanical and electrical systems throughout to generate a high end finish.
