FME Integrated are a dedicated Channel Island team of independent consultants and engineers. With 22 years of locally based experience within the Channel Islands, we offer our clients a unique commercial offering for all Facilities Management Services, Mechanical and Electrical services.
Managing Director Darren Etasse MCIBSE MIWFM Cert Dir and our team, have extensive experience within the local Facilities Management Services market and have been involved with an extensive number of offshore and locally based Facilities Management Service contracts both in the hard and soft services markets. Our team has designed and Project Managed a variety of Mechanical, Electrical and refurbishment projects in excess of £50,000,000.00 within the Channel Islands.
WHAT
WE DO
We provide our clients covering over 500,000sq/ft, with a unique commercial approach for all their requirements and provide accurate local benchmarked commercial cost plans for Facilities Management Service Contracts and M&E contracts. Our Mechanical and Electrical services will provide our clients with all aspects of design and maintenance requirements and future management requests. To complete our services, FME will project manage all bespoke FM and technical services, in coordination with your full refurbishment works.
